I bought this for my new kitchen renovation. I was getting rid of the huge vent above the stove and wanted a nice place for a microwave that would vent. You can use it to vent up and out, or it can recycle the air and let it flow back in the room. I'm using it for the latter. The fan is very loud, I find, but not so bad that I wouldn't use it. The

I bought this LG over the range microwave as well as other LG kitchen appliances in July 2008. It looks nice in my new kitchen but it quit working on March27, 2010.#5 on the Key pad not working, Lights on, it turns but doesn't heat up the food. The door is always hard to open and close, vibrate a lot when microwave is working, make a lot of noise
